Specify orders on a bill of lading.

Bill of lading items

View item information for a bill of lading.

Print

Print a bill of lading.

Created date and time

Date and time on which the record was created

Bill of lading

Unique identification of the bill of lading. The ID will default from any existing value in Number sequences.

Warehouse

Warehouse that the items are being sent from.

CID#

Customer number of the customer receiving the items.

Shipment

The shipment that the bill of lading is associated with.

Master

Specifies whether there are sub bills of lading.

Master bill of lading

If this is a sub bill of lading, specify here which bill of lading is the master bill of lading.

Order type

Module and number referred to.

Order number

Order from which delivery address is taken.

Delivery address

Addressee - Enter address and postal (Zip) code, the rest will be inserted if the postal code exists in the postal code table.

Language

The language you want to print the bill of lading in.

Trailer loaded

Specify who loaded the items.

The available options are:

By shipper-Loading is handled by the company sending the goods.

By driver-Loading is handled by an external driver.

Freight counted

Specify who counted the items.

The available options are:

By shipper- Counting is handled by the company sending the goods.

By driver/Pallets said to contain- Counting is handled by an external driver counting by pallets.

By driver/Pieces- Counting is handled by an external driver counting by pieces.

Carrier name

Specify the name of the company that handles your transport of items. You can define the carrier names in the Carrier form. You can also set up the Carrierin the Parameters form on the Shipmenttab.

Freighted by

Specify who is handling the freight of items.

The available options are:

Carrier- The transport is performed by an external shipping company.

Shipper- The transport is performed by the company sending the goods.

Recipient- The transport is performed by the company receiving the goods.

You can also set up the Freighted byfield in the Parameters form on the Shipmentstab.

Trailer number

Description/identification of the vehicle that the items were sent with.

Seal numbers

Reference to any seals that are attached to the items.

Freight charge terms

Specify who pays for the freight.

The available options are:

Prepaid- Freight charge is paid in advance.

Collect- Freight charge is paid when the items are received.

Third party- Freight charge is paid by a third-party that provides the delivery services.
