Navigating the form

The following table describes the controls in this form.

Field	Description
Number of Records Per Page	Select how many records you want to display per page in the search results pane.
Sorting Behavior	Select the sorting behavior of the results list: Ranking (number of hits) – List the results according to the number of instances of the search term found in a record. Sorting by primary field – List the results, by table, according to a primary field such as customer name in the Customerstable or item number in the Item detailstable.
