You can send the recipient a short message service (SMS) from your e-mail application. To do this, the SMS phone number must be registered in Microsoft Outlook and the Internet service provider (ISP) must support sending SMS messages by e-mail.

If you are using Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Outlook Express, you can open a new e-mail with the business relation's SMS phone number in the Tofield by selecting the e-mail icon to the right of the field.
