Use this form to create miscellaneous charges groups. If you open the form from the Accounts payablemenu, you can specify the miscellaneous charges groups that you want to use in purchase orders. Likewise, you can open the Misc. charges groupsform from the Accounts receivablemenu to specify the miscellaneous charges groups that you want to use in sales orders. Use miscellaneous charges groups to:

Group miscellaneous charges set up in the Misc. charges codesform.
Set up automatic miscellaneous charges in the Auto-misc. chargesform.

You can specify a miscellaneous charge group for the customer in the Customers form and for the vendor in the Vendors form. If specified for the customer or vendor, the miscellaneous charges codes set up in the specified miscellaneous charges group are automatically calculated when creating orders.
