Features Enabled by the Sales Representative Information Key

Controls access to the list forms used in connection with the Sales representative role on the Enterprise Portal.

List forms contain multiple records. Access to the details of each record is controlled by the Miscellaneous security key.

Members of the user group can view:

• Confirmation journals.

• Latest invoiced items.

• Invoices and Invoice journals.

• Items.

• Price agreements.

• Backorder lines.

• Sales orders and open sales order lines.

• Returned items.

• Quotations.
