Enter information to set up the free-text interpreter for FTX segments that are contained in the eGiro file.

General

View information that you entered in the Overviewtab.

Account type

Select the Customeroption.

Account

Select the customer account number to define the free-text interpreter.

Group

Enter the segment group for the FTX segments to use the eGiro free-text analysis.

Occurrence

Enter the occurrence for the FTX segments to use in the eGiro free-text analysis.

Qualifier

Enter the qualifier for the FTX segments to use in the eGiro free-text analysis.

Priority

Enter the priority that the eGiro free-text analysis for the selected combination is based on.

Column width of text

Enter the total characters to make a search for.

Read first line

Select this check box to review the first line as payment information in the eGiro free-text analysis. If you clear this check box, the first line is considered as header information.

Invoice from position

Enter the starting position of the invoice for the eGiro free-text analysis.

Invoice to position

Enter the ending position of the invoice for the eGiro free-text analysis.

Amount from position

Enter the starting position of the amount.

Amount to position

Enter the ending position of the amount for the eGiro free-text analysis.

Search string

Enter the string to use for the search criteria.

Column search

Select this check box to enable the column search for the eGiro free-text analysis.

Account from position

Enter the starting position of the account number for the eGiro free-text analysis.

Account to position

Enter the ending position of the account number for the eGiro free-text analysis.
