Use this form to view all updated and posted sales order invoices.

For each invoice transaction, Microsoft Dynamics AX displays information such as customer account number, order number, invoice number, and invoice currency and totals.

To view details about the sales order lines attached to the current invoice, click the tab.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

View ledger transactions.

View totals for the sales order invoice.

Create, edit, and view miscellaneous charges that have been added to the selected sales order invoice or lines.

View all posted transactions for the customer for the selected sales order invoice.

View posted sales tax transactions for the selected sales order invoice.

Create, edit, or view commission information for the selected sales order invoice.

View shipping specifications for the selected sales order invoice.

Create, edit, or view bills of lading.

Send the selected sales order invoice as an XML document.

View intercompany information for the selected sales order invoice.

Fields

Field

Description

The account number of the customer that was invoiced. For more information, see CustInvoiceJour_InvoiceAccount_More.

The order or project numbers that the invoice is updated from. Microsoft Dynamics AX automatically populates this field when you create the invoice.

The invoice date, which is also used as the posting date. This date is also used to calculate the due date and the cash discount date. You can change the invoice date manually before updating.

The system automatically generates the invoice number when updating the invoice. Define the invoice number series in the Number sequences (form).

The ledger voucher number is generated automatically when the invoice is updated. You define the voucher series in the Number sequences (form).

The currency for the invoice. For more information, see CustInvoiceJour_CurrencyCode_More.

The total invoice amount, including any discount, miscellaneous charges, sales tax, and rounding.

The identification of intercompany company accounts.

The identification of the intercompany purchase.

The order that the line is generated from.

A unique code that is assigned when items are created.

The number of sales units.

The overview of sales price setup for costs.

The discount as a percentage.

The discount as a currency amount.

The sales tax amount included in the amount (sales tax is included in prices).

The payment ID for the transaction.
