General ledger> Periodic> Journalizing> Ledger journal

Use this form to view or print the ledger journals that are generated by the Journalizingfunction.

To journalize, click General ledger> Periodic> Journalizing, and then run the appropriate activity.

All reports that are printed from this form are marked as Copy.

Tasks that use this form

Tab	Description
Overview tab	View the list of posting journals that are generated by the Journalizingfunction.
General tab	View the Overviewtab information for the journal that is selected on the Overviewtab.

Button	Description
Journal list	Print the transaction journal that is selected on the Overviewtab.
Extended journal list	Print a list of journals that is sorted by Date of creationand Time of creation.
Spanish journal list	Print a journal list for Spain.
Summarized Spanish journal list	Print a summarized Spanish journal list.
German journal list	Print a journal list for Germany.
Journal lines	View the journal lines for the current transaction journal.
Delete journal	Delete the last journal and reverse all attached transactions.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Field	Description
Journal	The journal number of the current transaction.
Sequence number	The sequence number of the transaction in the current journal.
End page	The end page for the current journal.
Debit	The sum of debits in the current transaction journal.
Credit	The sum of credits in the current transaction journal.
New sequence number	The check box is selected if the journal was generated with the New sequence numbercheck box selected.
Extended journalizing	The check box is selected if journalizing sorted by creation date and creation time. This occurs if the journal was generated with the New sequence numbercheck box selected.
