Use this form to create and maintain multiple trade agreements.

To create journals, select a journal name and enter a description of the journal. When the journal is created, click Linesto open the Journal lines, price/discount agreementform for viewing, editing, or creating new trade agreements.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tabs

Tab	Description
Overview	View an overview of the trade agreement journals.
General	View a more detailed overview of the active trade agreement journal.

Buttons

Button	Description
Lines	Open the Journal lines, price/discount agreementform to view, edit, or create new trade agreements when the journal is created.

Fields

Field	Description
Display	Select Allto display all price/discount agreements journal names. Select Opento display all the price/discount agreements journal names that have not been posted. Select Postedto display all the price/discount agreements journal names that have been posted.
Name	Select a name among the names defined in the trade agreement journal names.
Price/discount journal number	The trade agreement journal number is specified by the system. It is selected from the number sequence Trade journal number in the Accounts receivable module.
Name	Enter a descriptive name for the journal.
Posted	The system will automatically select this check box when the journal has been posted.
Posted on	Enter a date to delimit the transactions included in the proposal.
