Open a query and select the data to be included. View the data selections in the Selectquery.

Post costs to

Select the location in the general ledger where the costs should be posted.

Time and material

Select this check box to include time-and-material projects.

Internal

Select this check box to include internal projects.

Hour

Select this check box to include hour transactions.

Expense

Select this check box to include expense transactions.

Item

Select this check box to include item transactions.

From date/ To date

Enter a project start and end date.

Posting date

Select the posting date for the transaction.
