Administration module reports are used to monitor the status of activities that affect the performance of Microsoft Dynamics AX as a whole.

The following table lists the Administration module reports.

Tables	Lists the tables attached to company accounts.	Administration> Reports> Tables
Database information	Lists the databases that have been configured.	Administration> Reports> Database information
Database log	Lists all logged database changes.	Administration> Reports> Database log
Size of company accounts	Lists the number of records and the database size for each table in the company accounts.	Administration> Reports> Size of company accounts
User permissions	Lists the permissions of a specific user in a company.	Administration> Reports> Security> User permissions
User group permissions	Lists the permissions of a user group in a domain.	Administration> Reports> Security> User group permissions
Record level security	Lists the record level security for a group in a company.	Administration> Reports> Security> Record level security
Last logon	Lists the last logon date and time for a user.	Administration> Reports> Security> Last logon
Online time	Lists the time that was spent online by users.	Administration> Reports> Security> Online time
Multisite activation readiness	Lists setup problems that must be addressed before enabling the multisite feature.	Administration> Reports> System> Multisite activation readiness
Element usage log	Lists elements such as forms from the selected layer and displays the date and time when each element was last used.	Administration> Reports> System> Element usage log
