Use this form to define codes that indicate the reason for an event such as reasons why:

  • An employee quit.

  • An application was rejected.

  • A person should not to be included in skill-mapping.

For each reason code, specify where the code is applied:

  • - Why an employee has quit.

  • - Why the person is not included in skill-mapping.

  • - Why the application is rejected or accepted.

  • - Why an employee's wages have changed.

If you want to use the same reason for two different types, you must create two different codes and attach each to its type.

Note Note

You cannot delete reason codes that are attached to employees, applicants, or contact persons.
