Use this form to specify a return action whenever you enter order lines (return items) on a return item sales or purchase order.

Enter a code and a name for the return action.
Sales
order
For each sales order return action, you can specify the warehouse that you want to use to stock the returned items.
To indicate that the returned quantity is damaged and must be scrapped, select the check box. Microsoft Dynamics AX automatically scraps the quantity for you.
To create a sales order return action:
