Use this form to selectively change status of pending cost records within the selected costing version. The status of pending cost records for items and indirect costs will be changed to active if their effective dates occur on or before today's date. The form can also be used to change the status of pending sales price records and pending purchase price records.
Example
A distribution company wants to update the items' standard costs at year end. The company creates a costing version for next year's standard costs, and the company enters the pending item cost records with a from-date of December 31. The company uses this form on January 1 to change the status of item cost records from pending to active.
