Use this form to set up and maintain the record groups for import file definition in the File format definition form.

These groups are used to separate the contact persons or business relation records in the import file format for import to the Relation/Prospect journal form.

The actual value of the group is not important, but it is important that data for different contact persons or business sector belong to different groups.

Tip
The group identification (ID) is alphanumeric. Therefore, we recommend that you use zeros as placeholders for single-digit numbers that are sequential. For example, use Con001 instead of Con1.
