Example

Suppose that your company will allocate building costs according to values of a reference table. When you use the reference table as a method of calculation, dimensions of the reference table and their values are automatically entered as charged dimensions each time that you create an allocation, and costs are allocated on these dimensions according to the values in a reference table.

For example,.a building has 2000 m 2and each department (dimension) needs the following amount of space:

Stock department

1100 m2

Sales department

500 m2

Purchase department

200 m2

Finance department

200 m2
