Use this form to specify the campaign targets for campaigns. The campaign target identifies the main recipient of a particular campaign, for example, all business relations, elite and customers, and customers with low loyalty. A campaign target must be set up for each campaign.

Specifying the targets for a campaign does not ensure that the targets will be the actual recipients of any campaign-related correspondence or material.

This aspect of the campaign is administered by the field in the button on the form. The mailing and e-mail groups that the respective targets are members of also play a role in targeting campaign recipients.

Therefore, the form should be considered a very broad categorization of the intended targets of a campaign.
