Preview

View the electronic tax declaration log as it looks before it is sent.

Submit

Submit the electronic tax document in an XML format via ELSTER.

If the Use of proxy serverand the Proxy server authentication requiredcheck boxes in the Electronic tax declaration setupform are selected, the Proxy settingsform will open.

File transactions

Open the Electronic document - file transactionsform, where you can view the file transaction for the log entry that was created.

Show

Select the documents to view:

• All

• Sent

• Active

• Active, not sent

• Inactive.

Settlement period

The settlement period entered in the Sales tax paymentform.

Date

The from date in the Sales tax paymentform.

Period value

The month or quarter that was reported. For example, January is 01and February is 02. The format uses the number of quarters and the specific quarter, such as 41for the first quarter and 44for the fourth quarter.

Period year

The reporting period year.

Corrected declaration

This check box is selected if a document for the same reporting period or year already exists when the document is created.

Execution date

The system date.

Created By

The ID of the user that created the XML file.

Electronic tax document

The XML file text.

Sent

This check box is selected if the document was successfully submitted.

Inactive

This check box is selected if another document for the same reporting period or year was created.

Documents submitted separately

This check box is selected if the Documents submitted separatelyfield is selected in the German sales tax reportform.

Used style sheet

The style sheet for preview information that is selected in the German sales tax reportform.
