The settlement period entered in the form. |

The from date in the form. |

The month or quarter that was reported. For example, January is 01and February is 02. The format uses the number of quarters and the specific quarter, such as 41for the first quarter and 44for the fourth quarter. |

This check box is selected if a document for the same reporting period or year already exists when the document is created. |

The ID of the user that created the XML file. |
