The following sections describe the pages in the wizard.
Welcome to the Import Default Data Wizard
This page introduces you to the wizard. Click Nextto move to the next page.
File name
Use this page to locate the file that contains the default data.

Select this check box to have the import executed by the AOS server instead of by the client. This option will typically improve performance. |

Select this check box to import data that is stored in tables that are not company accounts-specific. When this setting is used together with the option, be aware that cross-company data is updated. |
Generate table list
This step generates a list of available tables from which to import the default data. Click Nextto move to the next page.
Select tables
Select which tables to import data from.
The tables are grouped according to the module they are attached to. Tables from the whole module can be disabled.
When a table is disabled, any underlying tables are disabled automatically. For example, are disabled if you select not to import .
Generate table list
This step generates a list of available tables that contain data. Click Nextto move to the next page.
Select tables to be deleted
Select which tables to delete from the Microsoft Dynamics AX system before you import the default data. This page shows a list of tables that contain records. By selecting a table, the records will be replaced by the imported data. If you do not select to delete the table, then you will not import default data to these tables.
Setup of import is complete
This is the final page of the wizard. Click Finishto import the default data.
