Create or view planned answer sessions for individual employees, applicants, or contact persons. All the planned answer sessions that have been created, but not yet completed, will appear in the list in this dialog box.

When planning an answer session, you can specify the questionnaire that you want to use and the respondent who is to participate in the answer session. If you plan a questionnaire in which the respondent is asked to evaluate a colleague, you can also specify who the questionnaire is to evaluate and their role relative to the respondent.
