Overview tab

Displays a list of the pallet transports.

General tab

Displays additional information about the pallet transport selected on the Overview tabtab.

Items

Displays additional information about the item configuration.

RFID

Displays additional information about the RFID parameters.

Lock transport

Lock transports for a specific operator, so that only this operator can start the transport.

Select another pallet

Select another pallet with the same content during refilling and output transport.

Start transport

Start transports. You can also select any pallet, including a pallet other than the one selected in the overview.

Change destination location

Specify a new destination for the pallet transport.

Complete transport

Complete the selected transport. If you have defined a check text for the location in the Locations form, you are asked to enter it here.

Update lines

Update the information on the Overviewtab.

Read

Click to read tag information.

Write

Click to write tag information.

NoteYou must select Server IDand Device namebefore the button is activated.

To pallet required

Specify that a To pallet is required f you are moving less than a full pallet and you have not specified a pallet dimension.

Employee

Enter the employee number for the forklift operator transporting the pallets.

Forklift ID

Enter the identity of the forklift executing the pallet transports. Only pallet transports that can be executed by the forklift are shown.

Warehouse

Specify the warehouse where you want to carry out pallet transports. Only pallet transports from this warehouse are shown.

Started

Displays whether the transport has started.

Pallet ID

Displays the pallet affected by the transport.

From warehouse

The warehouse where the pallet is to be taken from.

Pickup location

Displays the location where the pallet is to be taken from.

To warehouse

The warehouse where the pallet is to be delivered.

Destination location

The location where you want the pallet delivered. This can be different from the Tolocation; for example, when a pallet is received on one side and picked on the other side.

Quantity

Sum of quantities from the accompanying lines. Microsoft Dynamics AX fills this in automatically. You can use this function as a quick way to check that the pallet is intact before beginning the transport.

Pallet transport

Identification of the transport.

Type

The type of transport.

Handling status

Status of the pallet transport.

From height

Height of the location where the transport starts.

To location

The location where the pallet is found after the transport is complete. This can differ from input location.

To height

Height of the location where the transport ends.

Priority

Priority for the transport. Use this function to present to drivers those transports with the highest priority first.

Shipment

The shipment that an output transport is associated with.

Item number

Item number where you want the transaction carried out. Create the item number in the Item (form)dialog.

Quantity

Quantity that this transaction affects.

Configuration

Select an item configuration to specify an item with specific attributes.

Size

Specifies the size of the item.

Color

Specifies the color of the item.

Batch number

Specify the batch number if this pallet transport is not a full pallet and this has been set up for the refill transport item. You can override what the program automatically suggests by entering a different batch number in this field.

Serial number

Specify the serial number for the refill transport item if this pallet transport is not a full pallet. You can override what the program automatically suggests by entering a different batch number in this field.

Tag status

Displays the tag status. The available statuses are:

• Not applicable

• Missing pallet tag

• OK

Server ID

Select the RFID server.

Device name

Select the device to use when clicking the Read tagbutton.
