Standard sections contain a set of fixed requisites that can be used to set up several document templates. Use the standard section when configuring text versions of reports.

Click General ledger> Setup> Financial reports generator> Standard sectionsto open the Standard sectionsform.

Press CTRL+N to create a new line.

In the Sectionfield, enter a code for the standard section.

In the Namefield, enter the name of the standard section.

Click the Requisitestab, and then press CTRL+N to create a new line.

In the Requisitefield, select the fixed requisite code that is to be mapped to the standard section.
Note Repeat steps 5 and 6 for each fixed requisite to be included in this section.

Press CTRL+S or close the form.
