Standard sections contain a set of fixed requisites that can be used to set up several document templates. Use the standard section when configuring text versions of reports.

  1. Click General ledger> Setup> Financial reports generator> Standard sectionsto open the Standard sectionsform.

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a new line.

  3. In the Sectionfield, enter a code for the standard section.

  4. In the Namefield, enter the name of the standard section.

  5. Click the Requisitestab, and then press CTRL+N to create a new line.

  6. In the Requisitefield, select the fixed requisite code that is to be mapped to the standard section.

    Note Note

    Repeat steps 5 and 6 for each fixed requisite to be included in this section.


  7. Press CTRL+S or close the form.
