You must create a specific movement code to use for special kinds of goods, movement of goods, or shipment of goods.

  1. Click Basic> Setup> Foreign trade> Special movements.

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a new record for the special movement.

  3. In the Special movementfield, enter the code for the special Intrastat movement.

  4. Press CTRL+S or close the form.
