1. Click Basic> Setup> Addresses> Country/region> Statesto open the Stateform.

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a new line, and enter the required details.

  3. In the Abbreviation codefield, select the address abbreviation code. The address abbreviation code that will be printed in documents is displayed in the Descriptionfield.

  4. In the ZIP/postal Codefield, select the ZIP/postal code.

  5. In the STI codefield, enter the tax inspectorate code.

  6. Click Countiesto open the Countyform, and then create or update regions that are related to the selected area.

  7. Click External Codesto open the External codesform, and then create or update external codes.

  8. Click Transportto open the Transportform, and then set up the number of days required for the transport mode from the shipping point to the receiving destination.

  9. Press CTRL+S or close the form.
