You can use this feature to import bank account statements from banks.

1. Click General ledger> Journals> General Journalto open the Journalform.

2. Press CTRL+N to create a new line, or select an existing journal.

3. Click Linesto open the Journal voucherform.

4. In the Account typefield, select the account type.

5. In the Accountfield, select the account.

6. In the Offset account typefield, select the offset account type.

7. In the Offset accountfield, select the ledger account.

8. Click Functions> Import account statement (transactions)to open the Import account statement (transactions)form.

9. In the Method of Importfield, select the import method to be used to receive account statements from the bank.

10. Click OKto close the Import account statement (transactions)form.

11. In the Journalform press CTRL+S or close the form.
