Click General ledger> Common Forms> Fixed Asset Details.

Press CTRL+N and create a new fixed asset on the Overviewtab.

Enter the required details, and then click Depreciation books.

Press CTRL+N to create a new depreciation book, and then enter the required details.

Click the Depreciationtab, and then select the depreciation group in the Depreciation groupfield.

Enter the required details.

Press CTRL+S or close the form.
