You can create a requirement slip using inventory journals.

  1. Click Inventory management> Journals> Item transaction> Bills of materials


    Inventory management> Journals> Item transaction> Profit/Loss


    Inventory management> Journals> Item transaction> Transfer


    Inventory management> Journals> Item Counting> Counting.

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a journal, or select the required journal to generate an M-11 requirement slipreport.

  3. Click Linesto enter the required details in the Journal lines, Inventoryform.

    Note Note

    You can generate report for the lines that have negative amounts in other inventory journals and the BOM lines marked in BOM journals. You can transfer quantities and prices for the report from the journal.

  4. Click Validateto the check the journal.

  5. In the Inventory journalform, click Print > Requirement slipto generate a Requirement slipreport.

  6. In the Requirement slipreport, specify the dimension for the journal, if necessary.

  7. Click Officialsto specify the employee name for the selected position, if necessary.

  8. Click OKto generate a report.

    Note Note

    Generated requirement slips are stored in the Requirements Slip Journalform. You can retrieve the requirement slips by clicking Show.
