At the end of each financial year, the company sends a balance notice to its customers in order to complete the audit process. The customers either confirm the statement or return it with corrections based on their own records.

  1. Click Accounts receivable> Reports> Transactions> Customer> Customer balance notice.

  2. In the To datefield on the Generaltab, select the date of the customer balance.

  3. In the Return datefield, select the date when the customer has to return the notice.

  4. Select the Print detailscheck box to print the list of customer's open invoices in addition to the balance notice.

  5. If required, click Selectto select the desired customer account and customer group from the selection criteria.

  6. Click OKin the Customer balance noticeform to print the report.
