1. Click General ledger> Common Forms> Fixed Asset Details.

  2. In the Fixed asset groupfield, select a fixed asset group and click Depreciation booksto open the Depreciation booksform.

  3. In the Depreciation bookfield, select the depreciation book to be used.

  4. Click Suspensionto open the Depreciation suspensionform.

  5. Click Create new suspensionto open the Create depreciation suspensionform.

  6. In the Suspension periodfield, enter the year of suspension and click OK.

    Note Note

    Select a year that is later than the year that the fixed asset was acquired.

  7. Click Cancel suspensionto open the Cancel depreciation suspensionform.

  8. Click OKto cancel the depreciation suspension.
