County codes are often used in delivery addresses, invoices, and money transfers. Counties are unique for every area.

  1. Click Basic> Setup> Addresses> Country/region> States> Countiesto open the Countyform.

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a new line, and enter the required details.

  3. In the Codefield, enter the alphanumeric county code.

  4. In the Abbreviation codefield, select the address abbreviation code. The address abbreviation code to be printed in documents is displayed in the Descriptionfield.

  5. In the ZIP/postal Codefield, select the ZIP/postal code.

  6. In the STI codefield, enter the tax inspectorate code.

  7. Click External Codesto open the External codesform, and then create or update external codes.

  8. Click Transportto open the Transportform, and then set up days required for transport in relation to the mode of transport and the shipping and receiving destinations.

  9. Press CTRL+S or close the form.
