After you create counting journals for items, you can print the inventory counting list for the transactions.

Click Inventory management> Journals> Item counting> Countingto open the Inventory journalform.

Press CTRL+N to create a new inventory journal, and enter the required details.

Click Linesto open the Journal lines, Inventoryform.

Press CTRL+N to create a line, and enter the required details.
Note For more information, see "Journal lines, Inventory count (form)" in the Applications and Business Processes Help.

In the Datefield, select the date that the physical adjustment will be made.

In the Item numberfield, select the item number of the inventory item to be posted.

In the Warehousefield, select the warehouse where the items will be stored.

In the Quantityfield, enter the quantity of the item you want to adjust.

Click Validateto validate the journal lines transaction.

Click Postto check for errors, and then post the journal line transactions.
Note You can view a journal of the item counts that have already been made in the Counting historyform. For more information, see "Counting journal (form)" in the Applications and Business Processes Help.

In the Inventory journalform, click Print> Counting listto open the Counting listreport.
Note The following fields are available only when you select the second Counting listmenu item.

Select the Print on-handcheck box to print the on-hand quantities.

Select the Skip zerocheck box to skip items with zero quantities.

Click Setupto open the Counting list - Reportform and set up the selection criteria.

Click OKto print the Counting listreport.
