Use this form to create formats for requisites for electronic documents. A requisite is a template attribute that contains a unit of information required for generating electronic documents. Creating requisites based on table descriptions and requisite code formats is useful only when using text format reports.

Fields

Format

Enter the requisite format code.

Name

Enter the requisite format name.

Value

The requisite format value.

Note Note

This field is displayed based on the requisite format that you set up in the Formattab.


Type

Select the requisite format type from the following options:

  • Section number– The requisite format corresponds to a document section. The section code used in the Sectionfield when you set up the requisites in the Requisites setupform will be used as the value for creating the requisite code.

  • Table number– The requisite format corresponds to a table. The table number used in the Table numberfield when you set up the table of requisites in the Requisites setupform will be used as the value for creating the requisite code.

  • Row number– The requisite format corresponds to a table line. The number of the table line used in the Line numbercolumn when you set up table rows in the Requisites setupform will be used as the value for creating the requisite code.

  • Column number– The requisite format corresponds to a table column. The number of the table column used in the Column numberfield when you set up requisite table columns in the Requisites setupform will be used as the value for creating the requisite code.

Prefix

Enter the value that should always precede requisite numbers that are generated automatically.

Postfix

Enter the value that should always follow requisite numbers that are generated automatically.

Length

Enter the total length for the requisite format part.

Empty symbol

Enter the character to be used to complete the total length of the format part.

Note Note

The symbol entered is filled in between the given prefix and suffix for the specified length and the value is displayed on the Overviewtab.
