The financial reports generator lets you record and generate financial statements that are created with Microsoft Office Word and Microsoft Office Excel templates. Before you can set up the report header, set up the profit tax declaration by performing the following:

  • Create a report template by using Microsoft Office Word or Microsoft Office Excel.

  • Specify the report cells.

  • Assign criteria for each report cell. Cell values are calculated based on these criteria.

You can set up the header and lines of the report in the Financial reports generator.

  1. Click General ledger> Setup> Financial reports generator> Financial reports generator.

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a new record.

  3. In the Report codefield, enter the report code.

  4. In the Templatefield, select a document template.

  5. In the Descriptionfield, modify the description of the template, if necessary.

  6. Click the Generaltab and, in the Datafield, select the Registerdata type to import data from tax registers.

  7. In the File namefield, enter or select the location to save the report.

  8. Click Setupto open the Field setupform.

  9. In the Operationspane, press CTRL+N to create a new record.

  10. In the Account intervalfield, select Account.

  11. In the Accountfield, select the expense code assigned to the records that will be selected from the register.

  12. Click the Tax registerstab and in the Register codefield, select the register that holds the information to be extracted.

  13. In the Register fieldfield, select a register field name.

  14. Press CTRL+S or close the form.
