The TORG-16 certificate of unserviceability is used to write off goods that have been damaged or deteriorated, and therefore cannot be sold. Use the Inventory journals to generate the certificate. Three copies of the certificate are generated and signed by the members of a designated committee. If necessary, these certificates are prepared in the presence of sanitary inspection representatives or representatives of other authorities.

The certificate reports only those lines with negative inventory quantities. Quantity and price are transferred from the journal lines.
