1. Click the Inventory management> Journals> Item transaction> Transferto open the Inventory journalform.

  2. Press CTRL+N to create a new line, and enter the required details.

  3. Click Linesto open the Journal lines, Inventoryform and create transfer lines for the item.

  4. Press CTRL+N to create a new line, and enter the required details.

  5. In the Datefield, specify the date of the transaction.

  6. In the Item numberfield, select the item for the transfer.

  7. In the Quantityfield, enter the item quantity.

  8. In the From warehousefield, select the warehouse that the item is to be transferred from.

  9. In the To warehousefield, select the warehouse that the item is to be transferred to.

  10. Click Postto post the journal line transactions.

  11. Click Transfer delivery noteto open the Internal transfer delivery notereport.

  12. Select the Do you want to print prices?check box to print the item unit price.

  13. Click OKto print the transfer delivery note for the transaction.

    Note Note

    You also can print the transfer delivery note at the journal level in the Internal transfer delivery notereport ( Inventory management> Journals> Item transaction> Transfer> Print> Transfer delivery note).
