Under Lithuanian law, a company must generate a fixed asset inventory statement when a new fixed asset is added to the inventory. The report must contain the details about either all fixed assets or selected fixed assets that were present in the inventory on the date that you specify in the report, according to the status of the value model.

  1. Click General ledger> Reports> Transactions> Periodic> Asset inventory statementto open the Asset inventory statementform.

    Note Note

    You must select the Fixed assets configurationkey to print a Fixed asset inventorystatement.


  2. Select the Print quantitiescheck box to include the quantity and value of the fixed asset in the report.

  3. In the Value modelfield, select the value model to include in the statement.

    Note Note

    For the open value model, the suspended value model, and the closed value model, there must be at least one transaction for the fixed asset that was made prior to the date in the Asset inventory statementform. For the sold value model and the scrapped value model, the date of the net book value transaction must be later than the date in the Asset inventory statementform.


  4. In the Locationfield, select the location of the fixed asset.

  5. In the Departmentfield, select the department number.

  6. In the Datefield, enter the purchase date.

  7. In the Responsible personfield, select the code for the employee responsible for the fixed asset.

  8. In the Commission memberfield, select the commission member who has authorized the use of the fixed asset in company operations.

  9. In the Second memberfield, select the second commission member who has authorized the use of the fixed asset in company operations.

  10. In the Third memberfield, select the third commission member who has authorized the use of the fixed asset in company operations.

  11. In the Fourth memberfield, select the fourth commission member who has authorized the use of the fixed asset in company operations.

  12. In the Fifth memberfield, select the fifth commission member who has authorized the use of the fixed asset in company operations.

  13. Click Selectto set up the filter criteria.

  14. Click Defaultto delete the details of the fixed asset.

  15. Click the Optionsbutton to specify the positions for printing the statement.

  16. Click OKto print the statement.
