Click General ledger> Setup> Sales tax> Sales tax groups.

Press CTRL+N to create a new sales tax group on the Overviewtab. Enter the required details.

Click the Generaltab, and then select the EU tradecheck box to use the sales tax group for transactions with European Union countries.

Press CTRL+S or close the form.
