According to Lithuanian law, a company must print a fixed asset liquidation statement when a fixed asset is liquidated or disposed of. Select the CRSELithuaniaconfiguration key to print a Fixed asset liquidationstatement.

  1. Click General ledger> Common Forms> Fixed Asset Detailsto open the Fixed assetsform.

  2. Select the fixed asset to liquidate, and then click Value modelsto open the Value modelsform.

  3. Select the value model of the fixed asset to liquidate, and then click Print (d)> Liquidation statementto open the Liquidation statementform.

    Note Note

    You also can print the liquidation statement by clicking General ledger> Reports> Transactions> Periodic> Liquidation statement.

  4. In the Document numberfield, enter the document number to be printed in the report.

  5. In the Document datefield, select the document date to be printed in the report.

  6. In the Commission memberfield, select the commission member who authorized the use of the fixed asset in the company operations.

  7. In the Second memberand Third memberfields, select the second and the third members of the commission who authorized the use of the fixed asset.

  8. Click Optionsto specify the positions for printing.

  9. Click OKto print the liquidation statement.
