Use the Query wizardto create and set up query parameters to calculate values for cell operations for the Function querydata type.

Open the form

  1. Click General ledger> Setup> Financial reports generator> Financial reports generator.

  2. Click Setupto open the Field setupform.

  3. On the Overviewtab in the lower pane of the form, press CTRL+N to create a new line.

  4. In the Line typefield, select Function query.

  5. Click Edit the queryto open the Query wizardform.

The list of names of all main tables.

Selected tables

The selected main table on which the calculation is performed.

Available fields

Select the field to be calculated and click >to move it to the Field namefield.

Field name

The field name that is selected from the main table.

Operation

Select the operation to be used for the calculation from the following options:

  • Average

  • Sum

  • Minimum

  • Maximum

  • Quantity

( Base date)

Available fields

Select the field to be used for filter setup and click >to move it to the Field namefield.

Table name

The table name whose data is used as the source to create a query.

Field name

The unique field name whose data is used as the source to create a query.

Period

Select the date interval code if it is different from the default value determined for the cell or report.

Note Note

This field is activated only if you select a table with a date. The Base datepage determines the date on the basis of which data for the calculation is selected.
