Create fixed asset transfer journal lines.

Close

Confirm changes and close the selected fixed asset transfer journal.

Date

View or modify the date of the transfer transaction.

Journal number

The fixed asset transfer journal number.

This field is only available through Transfer journals.

Company accounts ID

Select the code of the company that the fixed asset is transferred to.

Fixed asset

Select the unique identification of the fixed asset to be transferred.

Note
This field is only available through the Fixed assetsform.

Posted

This check box is selected if the fixed asset transfer transaction has been posted.

Recipient

This check box is selected if the fixed asset transfer journal has been received.

Document number

The identification number of the document attached to the fixed asset transaction.

Document date

The date of the attached document.

Value model

The value model used for the fixed asset transfer.

This and the following fields are available only through the Fixed assetsform.

Booked cost

The booked cost of the fixed asset at the time of the transfer.

Note
The depreciation calculation after transfer is based on this value.

Booked depreciation

The booked depreciation of the fixed asset that was carried over at the time of the transfer.

Lifetime pass

The length of the operational period prior to the transfer.
