Click General ledger> Journals> General journal> Linesto open the Journal voucherform.

Click Bank> Journals> Slip journal> Linesto open the Journal voucherform.

Select the journal that contains the cash due announcement to be canceled.

Click Functions> Cancel Cash due announcement.

Click Cancel cash due announcementin the Cash due announcement journalform.

Click OKto confirm cancelation.

Note
The Cash due announcement, Document, and Document datefields are blank and editable after the cash due announcement is canceled.

Press CTRL+S or close the form.
