1. Click Basic> Setup> Foreign trade> Intrastat parameters.

  2. Click the Intrastattab and select the Statistical value onlycheck box to report the statistical value instead of the invoiced value.

  3. In the Specific movement codefield, select the special movement code.

    Note Note

    This code is used to export the data file for the Intrastat lines that do not contain values in the Specific movementfield.

  4. Click the Round offtab.

  5. In the Round-offfield, select the nearest value to round off the value.

  6. In the Rounding formfield, select the method to round off the amount.

  7. Select the Round weight to 1 checkbox and enter the nearest value to round off the weight in the Round-offfield.

  8. In the Rounding formfield, select the method to round off the weight.

  9. Press CTRL+S or close the form.
