You can set up and save a list of company officials, including their names, positions, and titles. This information is printed in both internal and external financial reports. The information that you set up differs from report to report. The officials are grouped according to the types of documents that they certify.

  1. Click Basic> Setup> Contacts> Officialsto open the Officialsform.

  2. Press CTRL+N to record the information for the director.

  3. In the Positionfield, select the position Director.

  4. In the Namefield, select the name of the director.

  5. Press CTRL+N to record the information for the chief accountant.

  6. In the Positionfield, select the position Chief Accountant.

  7. In the Namefield, select the name of the chief accountant.

  8. Press CTRL+S or close the form.
