Examples: SelectAccel

In the following example, the accelerator key for the Delete button (ALT-D) was chosen in the Checkbook Maintenance window. Note that the line containing the SelectAccel command is recorded as a comment.

NewActiveWin dictionary 'default' form 'CM_Checkbook_Maintenance' window 'CM_Checkbook_Maintenance'
# SelectAccel , 'd' # 'Delete Button'
  MoveTo field 'Delete Button'
  ClickHit field 'Delete Button'
# Are you sure you want to delete this checkbook?

The following example shows the macro after it has been modified to comment out the MoveTo and ClickHit commands and use the SelectAccel command instead.

NewActiveWin dictionary 'default' form 'CM_Checkbook_Maintenance' window 'CM_Checkbook_Maintenance'
  SelectAccel , 'd' 'Delete Button'
# MoveTo field 'Delete Button'
# ClickHit field 'Delete Button'
# Are you sure you want to delete this checkbook?
