Use this window to create references to external files such as COM type libraries and resource libraries. Dexterity uses the information in the COM type library to access the COM interfaces provided by other applications. Resources libraries contain resources such as icons that can be used in the application. Refer to the following topic for more information:
In the Resource Explorer, choose Libraries in the Base group for the current dictionary. To create a new reference to a COM library or a resource library, click the New button in the Resource Explorer. To view an existing reference to a library, select one in the list and click the Open button in the Resource Explorer.
