Selects an icon resource from a resource library so the icon can be used within the application.
From the menu bar: To create a new icon definition, point to New in the Explorer menu and choose Icon. To view an existing icon, point to View in the Explorer menu and choose Icons. Select one in the list and click the Open button in the Resource Explorer.
From the Resource Explorer: Choose Icons in the Base group for the current dictionary. To create a new icon, click the New button in the Resource Explorer. To view an existing icon, select one in the list and click the Open button in the Resource Explorer.
