The Resource Explorer is the primary means for working with resources in a dictionary. You will use it for virtually all tasks dealing with resources. Refer to the following topic for more information about the Resource Explorer:
From the menu bar: Choose Resource Explorer from the File menu.
From the toolbar: Click the Open Resource Explorer button.
