Window function library

Use the functions in this library to manipulate window resources in your dictionary. Most of these functions deal with window titles and window names. A window title is the string that appears at the top of a window when it’s displayed in test mode or at runtime. A window’s name is the string that’s used to refer to the window in sanScript.
