Microsoft ADO

To work with data in databases, use the Microsoft ActiveX Data Objects (ADO) Object Library. Information about using the Microsoft ADO Object Library is divided into the following sections:

The following examples are written for version 2.6 of the Microsoft ADO Object Library. If you use a different version of the object library, you may need to change the code to have it work properly.
