Outlook’s security prevents a script from automatically accessing a folder or sending an e-mail without the user’s permission. When a script accesses a folder or sends an e-mail, Outlook displays a warning message and asks if the script should be permitted to access the folder or send the e-mail. The user can then permit the script to access the folder or e-mail for a specified length of time.
